This high-impact role, operates with broad autonomy to synchronize complex workstreams across the full EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning) scope and is responsible for building the collaborative framework that ensures technical alignment, minimizes conflict, and keeps project milestones on track.

Job Purpose
The Project Interface Manager serves as the central integrator for the EPIC scope, responsible for identifying, coordinating, and resolving all technical and organizational touchpoints between the Company’s Joint Venture (JV), various internal work streams, and external contractors.
The role includes strategic alignment, operational coordination, process goverance and reporting, ensures seamless flow of information and prevents gaps or overlaps that could impact the project’s budget, safety, or schedule.

- JV Governance & Diplomacy: Skilled at acting as the primary nexus between Joint Venture partners, ensuring alignment between diverse corporate cultures and internal departments.
- Conflict Mitigation & Negotiation: Ability to define clear Roles and Responsibilities to eliminate scope gaps and resolve commercial or technical issues between contractors.
- Technical Facilitation: Experienced in chairing Interface Coordination Meetings and driving consensus among multi-disciplinary Subject Matter Experts.
- Executive Representation: High-level communication skills to represent project interests to contractors, consulting firms, and service providers.
