Paragon GE is actively working to make our organisation and processes GDPR compliant. The General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR for short, came into effect on the 25th May 2018 and effectively change the way the data of individuals is handled and processed. Paragon GE respects the privacy of our candidates and will never sell or share their data with a third-party company, be it a supplier or a client, without their permission.

The security and the safety of our candidate’s data is integral to how we operate as a practise. All our candidates’ data is stored on an encrypted, cloud-based CRM database and can only be accessed by certain individuals in the company and not by any external parties.

Under the new GDPR rules, candidates are privy to asking to view their records and how we have used the data they have provided us. They also have the right to be forgotten if they choose not to work with Paragon GE and can inform us how they would like to be contacted in the future. We are actively contacting those individuals who have registered their profiles with us and requesting their consent to keep their information on our database and the permission to be contacted by their method of choice when a potential job opportunity arises.
