Paragon GE is looking for a Senior Drilling Engineer (Egyptian National) for a staff position with an E&P company in Egypt. This opportunity is only open for Egyptian nationals.
This is a staff permanent role and will be office based in Cairo with occasional visits offshore.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of drilling experience and have a strong background within the Oil and Gas industry ideally with other E&P companies. Must have valid BOSIET, IWCF and have extensive experience with Offshore Drilling Projects.

- Good experience on Gas well, High Deviated well planning
- Offshore operation knowledge
- Casing Design, Directional Drilling, Hydraulic, Cementing, Lost circulation, Hole cleaning, Well Integrity, Well barrier
- Completions and Well Engineering
- Health Safety & Environment Principles
- Well Economics
- Wells Contract Managements
- Optimizing well construction and abandonment operations
- Subsurface data gathering
- Testing and monitoring well flow
- Engineering of well intervention activities
- Fluent written and spoken English
Qualification & Training
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fields, or min 10 years similar working experience in lieu.
